In order to help you attract potential home buyers to your listing and hopefully sell faster, here are some tips to help the day of your scheduled shoot to help things both move quickly and to make photos better. Real Estate Photography FAQ The house should look clean and organized. De-cluttering mantles and countertops of personal items go a long way to making a home look open and inviting. Smaller things like removing visible garbage cans can also make the house look cleaner. Also, bright, artificially colored packaging, like on cereal boxes and shampoo bottles can be very distracting to the eye. Check to ensure every light fixture in the home turns on with a working light bulb(s). Having one light out doesn’t look appealing.
