What is 3D/360º Virtual? 

It allows your viewer to tour a listing virtually. They can view on the computer, cell phone or even use Virtual goggles to "walk through" room to room and see a 360º immersive view. 

What can 3D/360º Virtual be used for?

Do I need any special tools to have my customers view 360º?

No, That's the great thing!  It can be viewed multiple ways. If you have a few images I can send you the full image and you can upload it to your Facebook Page.  Facebook is currently fully 360º functional.  Or if yours is a full listing with multiple rooms, I put the tour together and it's hosted on a website and can be set for temporary or permanent hosting.
